Buildings and spaces
Campus, building and floor views connect physical spaces with room details, searchable properties and model selections.
FORT connects building models, spaces, assets and operational data in one visual workspace.
Explore FORTIts design, the activity in its rooms and the conditions inside it each describe part of the same place. FORT brings these perspectives together through a digital twin.
The model is the main working surface. Readings, schedules, history and asset records appear alongside the selected space or object, keeping facility information connected to its location.
A shared view of the facility and its daily operation.
Campus, building and floor views connect physical spaces with room details, searchable properties and model selections.
Room readings bring temperature, humidity, air quality and occupancy into the model, with timestamps and clear indicators for stale or missing data.
Room schedules, classroom availability and sensor history connect the use of a space with its conditions over time.
Asset records bring properties, photos, documents and maintenance details together, with links to locations and model objects.
The public demo presents a sample building with conceptual floor plans and selectable rooms.
Room selection, search and floor controls connect each space with its properties and simulated readings.
Day playback shows occupancy and temperature across a sample day. Heatmap colors and readings follow the same simulated clock.
Building models, sensor readings and history use each organization’s configured sources. Spatial navigation keeps those records connected to buildings, floors and rooms.
Configured monitoring evaluates sensor conditions and records alerts by severity. Acknowledgement and recovery states track each alert, with optional email delivery for critical events.
FORT’s assistant supports questions about spaces, schedules, readings, assets and alerts using available workspace data. Results connect to relevant locations and records.
Organization membership and permissions govern access to private models, records and readings. Demo models and simulated data stay separate from organization workspaces.
FORT stands for Facility Operation Real-time Twin. It connects physical spaces with the information used to understand and manage a facility.
The public demo uses simulated readings and conceptual models. It is not connected to equipment and does not represent surveyed buildings. Private workspaces use their own configured models and data sources.
The public demo is available without an account. Private organization workspaces require sign-in and organization membership.
Alerts operate through configured monitoring services. Juliana uses the workspace’s configured assistant service and available data. Access follows organization permissions.
FORT provides facility visualization, monitoring and records. It does not send equipment commands.
